Terms & Conditions

If no formal contract is entered into Jones HSEPM Ltd reserve the right to charge an admin fee for any courses cancelled (confirmation of this is available on request). We also reserve the right to charge for any reasonable expences and time spent for any consultation.

All competent person services are provided on a rolling contract (unless otherwise agree in writing) these services are subject to a 30 day cooling off period (for both parties), once this period has passed the initial contract period will be 12 months, following the initial 12 month period this service will be provided on a repeating 12 month period. Should the client wish to terminate these services then they must provide 6 months written notice. During the notice period we will continue to provide the agreed services. Should any balances be outstanding on completion of the notice period then we shall reserve the right to continue to charge for the competent person services until such time as all balances are brought up to date.

If payment is not made by the due date as indicated on the invoice Jones HSEPM Ltd reserve the right to charge statutory interest of 8%
